How we work – Our 5-Step Process


1. First Contact

If you are interested in employing our services and know what you are wanting please fill out our contact form with some basic information/measurements/fabric details and we will respond to your enquiry with a quotation within 48hours. Or alternatively if you are unsure as to what would be best suited for you and require some help and advise then please fill out our ‘Request a Call Back’ form and one of our expert curtain makers/fitters will call you back and guide you through some ideas.

2. Book an on-site Consultation

Once we have established contact or agreed on a email quotation, we proceed to arrange a free on-site measure up consultation with one of our curtain designers/fitters. Here we have an opportunity to review and discuss budget/vision and further dwell into your enquiry in person to understand what you are wanting. Our rep will present you with miniature samples of our curtains/blinds/tracks & poles. We will also showcase some fabric samples that we proudly supply and advise you on colour/theme ideas for your home.

3. Quotation Agreed

At this point we hope our quotation is agreed in principle and we are in agreement with its terms and can move forward. We ask for a 50% deposit in order to secure the order and establish commitment. Now the ordering of fabric/materials/accessories will commence and the countdown to your fitting day shall begin.

4. Delivery & Fitting 

Our lead time will have been quoted in the beginning of our contact but we can say with confidence that we generally honour a 2-3 week turnaround time for any orders only once we are in receipt of fabric/materials/accessories. We will update you throughout this time with details of progress and inform you when your order is ready to be fitted.

Our fitters will arrange a best suited time/day to carry out delivery and full fitting of your curtains/blinds. Should you have an order of tracks/poles this would have been arranged and fitted first, leaving only for hanging/dressing of curtains to follow suit.

5. Thank You
